DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
1. How was the confidentiality code violated with  the mother? By telling the other parents of his pass problem at the other school.

2. How was the confidentiality code violated with the child? By talking to the other parents about the child and what had happen at the other school.

3.Do you think there should have been a discussion between the two directors concerning Eric's disability prior to his enrollment? Yes.

4. Who should have been included in this meeting? The parents or parent, teacher, and Eric.

5.Do you think a conversation with Eric's classmates would have been helpful? Yes

6. List some methods that might have eased Eric's transition to his new school.Talking to him about moving to a  new school, as well as taking him there to meet his new teacher, and talking to the class about having a classmate with an disability.

7.How do you feel about the teacher's conversation at the restaurant? I think she broke every code in the book, she was total unprofessional .

8. What if the conversation happened in the staff lounge at the center? Still wrong and she would have been reprimand.

9. As a director, is there anything you could do to rectify this situation? Yes I would have a meeting with the staff, or have someone come in and talk to the staff about caring with children with a disability.

10. Do you think the mother should leave her child in that school? Yes, even if it meant getting rid of the teacher in question.

11. Explain your reasons for not moving Eric again. Because Eric i'm sure if he had anything to do with it he would rather not have a disability, and their will always be challenges, and always moving him will not help him, children, and adults alike well often time look down on things they don't understand. Unless they face diversity.
