I would first take some time to cool down, I then would ask to meet with her away from the children. Once we were alone I would let her know that I was aware the she used my work and explain to her if she needed my help in the future I would be more than will to help, but her using my idea for her own was unfair. I would let her know that I had showed other staff members the work and that everyone knew the work was my idea.
